They responded quickly to any technical problems, even during the weekend and night. the AC worked perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. the location was great, as it allowed for a gorgeous view of a nearby river and bridge from the bedroom. the spacious penthouse had separated living and bedroom areas, complete with a nice kitchen. the self-check-in process was easy to navigate.

Although the magnetron was present in the kitchen, it was placed in a very low position, and the TV wasn't working as a USB player or 2nd screen.

This hotel has a beautiful penthouse on the 5th floor with spacious rooms and great views of the river and bridge. The kitchen and living room were clean and modern, though I didn't have the chance to use them. The staff was friendly and responsive, even on weekends and at night. The air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable.

We spent our Christmas vacation in a penthouse on the 5th floor. The living room and bedroom were separated, which we really enjoyed. We woke up to a stunning view of the river and bridge from our bedroom window. The kitchen and living area were spacious. We were given the gate key number via Whatsapp before arrival which made self-check-in easy. The AC worked well, and the bed was comfy.

Sadly, the magnetron in the kitchen was placed too low for comfortable use, so we only used it once. Also, we couldn't get the TV to work as a USB player or second screen, which was a bit of a bummer. the penthouse was located in a prime spot and offered great views. Although there were a couple of issues with equipment, they didn't affect our stay too much. The staff were competent and friendly, always quick to respond to any inquiries.

The self check-in process was confusing, and we were not able to contact the owner to get the keys. This caused a lot of stress and made us feel unsafe.
